ESP encourages continued personal development through ongoing training and as part of her role, Emma has benefited from continual training to keep up to date with the latest industry standards including GS1 and NiBRT courses.
“ESP is a very friendly work environment with lots of interesting projects to work on, so it’s a great place to begin or continue your career.”
Emma describes the team culture in ESP as being “motivated and focused while having a friendly atmosphere”. A healthy work-life balance is encouraged throughout the organization and the team enjoy regular company-sponsored social events. Emma is a member of the Cork social committee and helps arrange informal nights out on a regular basis.
In her free time, Emma, a Laois native, throws the hammer and javelin for her local athletics team – St Abban’s Athletic.
