ESP is pleased to announce that Chris Lugbauer has been appointed to the role of US Serialization Team Lead effective today.
Chris will be reporting to Alp Unal, CEO of North & South America and will be working closely with Liam O’Riordan, Serialization Practice Lead.
Chris joined ESP in 2017 as a Senior Consultant and has over 25 years’ experience in the execution and deployment of manufacturing automation projects. Prior to joining ESP in 2017, Chris Worked at Systec International as an Executive Project Manager. He also worked at Mannkind Corporation, Novartis, M&W Automation, GFS Computing Inc and Johnson Yokogawa Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University New York in Mechanical Engineering.
Chris has played critical roles in numerous successful deliveries of MES, Serialization/Product Tracking and Manufacturing IT Project Execution, along with having specialties in batch automation and Fill/Pack equipment software focusing in the life sciences industries. He also has an excellent record of delivering quality solutions beyond customer expectations while managing project schedules, budgets and handling customer relationships.
